Vision international were established to provide a cost effective certification service for small, medium and large enterprises which were seeking ISO certification

Our mission is to provide assessment services to industrial, service and professional organizations in an efficient and economic manner. We aim always to be customer focused and ethical.
Vision’s objectives shall be achieved utilizing procedures developed and controlled in accordance with the requirements of National and International Standards, allowing us to attain and maintain accreditation of our company. Vision’s Policy
It is the policy of VISION to offer a professional Quality Management System Certification service to industry by providing clients with the necessary expertise, practical interpretation, business acumen and approachability to allow them to benefit and perceive value from their experiences with VISION.

The certification scheme operated by VISION is the model system which complies with the requirements of ISO 45012 / ISO/IEC 17021

In order to achieve our policy and objectives all staff will continue to support, operate and promote our quality system and certification scheme, suggest improvement where these may enhance our present service. Only as a team can we do this, thereby ensuring that customers’ needs are realized. This will allow industry recognition of VISION, as the preferred supplier and market leader in the field of certification, thus securing a long term future for us all.

Impartiality

Vision International assures the impartiality of the operations.
The structure is established to identify conflict of interests arising from provision of certification


Confidentiality

Vision International grants confidence and safeguards of impartiality in its certification.

Vision International possesses arrangements and policies, consistent with applicable laws, to safeguard confidentiality of the information obtained in the course of its certification activities
 

Competence

The personnel (including sub-contracted personnel) are competent for the certification activities they undertake in the different countries in which Vision International performs certification.
 

Certification Decision

The final decision for the certification is taken by the Certification Management Council (the certification manager and the shareholder committee) based on an evaluation of the audit results and any other relevant information.

Vision International makes sure that no one of the certification management council has participated in the audit.
 

Use of the logo/certification mark

The Customer has the right, after the Certification to use the applicable logo/certification mark in its documentation, if it properly covers the certified activities and locations and does not make misleading claims not covered by the appropriate standard.


Ownership

VI always remains the owner of the issued Certificate

At Vision International we aim to work in the most efficient and ethically correct way we can, to ensure that the assessment in whatever form is reported with due accuracy and presented with due impartiality.
Significant mistakes should be acknowledged as quickly as possible and corrective action must be taken according to its importancy.
Rules of ethical policy

  1. Impartiality requires fairness, accuracy and an appropriate level of objectivity
  2. The structure is established to identify conflict of interests arising from provision of certification.
  3. The ethical way is to assure the impartiality and independency of management system certification activities by not carry out management system consultancy.
  4. Vision International is an independent certification body which has no related bodies that could affect the confidentiality or impartiality of its certifications.
  5. Vision International has formal rules and structures for operation to be applied in the committees to ensure that such committees are free from any commercial, financial, and other pressures that might influence decisions.
  6. Vision International deal with independent personnel to carry out the certification process in order to avoid any conflict between the consultancy process and the certification process.

    Services operate a quality management system as defined in the
    International Standard ISO\IEC 1702-1:2015.
  • VICS ensure the necessary impartiality, integrity, professional
    competence, skills and reliability to operate the certification activities.
  • VICS assure the impartiality and independency of certification activities.
    VICS places particular emphasis on obtaining client satisfaction by providing
    services that consistently satisfy our customers’ expectations on Quality by:
  • Responding promptly to Customer inquiries and orders
  • Risk based approach that account the risks associated
  • Providing employment and career growth to talented individuals who
    service our customers.

    By complying with the requirements of our Quality Management
    System in improving its effectiveness in meeting quality objectives

Rules for the use of the Logo and Certification Mark

  1. Vision International confers to certificated clients the right to use its logo to indicate certification of their management system.
  2. The client may only use the logo as authorized within the Vision International terms and conditions.
  3. Monitoring of the use of such is carried out during routine surveillance
  4. Vision International doesn’t permit the logo to be used on a products or associated documentation or certificates, or in a way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.
  5. Vision International Logo and certification mark shall not be used on any document unless the document relates in whole or in part to activities within the scope of Certification.
  6. It is not prevented inclusion of Vision International Logo and certification mark on pre-printed letterhead paper.
  7. Vision International ensures that logo and the certification mark is used in a misleading manner
  8. With inappropriate use of the logo and the certification mark by the Customer, Vision International is justified to withdraw the Certificate, terminate the contract and possible legal action if needed.
  9. Discontinues use of logo and the certification mark upon cancellation or withdrawal of the certification.

Suspension, Withdrawing or Reducing the scope of certificate Policy

SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATION

  1. Vision International reserves the right to suspend certification after evaluation of written evidence provided by Assessment Personnel,
  2. Breach of the Certification Regulations
  3. Misuse of the Vision International logo or accredited mark.
  4. Vision International may prescribe actions to remedy the breach with a time limit, usually four months, but not more than 6 months for implementation prescribed by the Managing Director or Lead Certification Assessor.
  5. If after four-month implementation of corrective actions has not been completed, withdrawal of certification procedure will commence.
  6. The President or Lead Certification Assessor will notify certified clients of suspension in writing.

WITHDRAWAL OF CERTIFICATION
Vision International will withdraw certification in the following cases:

  1. The certified client failed to meet the certification requirements
  2. Misuse of Vision International logo or accredited mark.
  3. The certified client does not allow surveillance or recertification audits to be done as required
