Suspension of Certificate
VI make everything relating to Suspending, withdrawing or reducing the scope of certification clear in the policy VI/SWR/Policy-03 and this policy is published in the website: www.visioncert.com
If QM has any comments from the auditors by suspension of certificate, he starts to collect date to investigate the reason: •If the client refuses to carry out the surveillance audit •Clarify the non-conformance in the report that needs to be solved. •If the certified client formally requests cancellation or suspension of the certification •Or the client misuse of VI mark or logo VI/PM-09/V1 If after four months, the implementation of corrective actions was not completed, a letter of suspension for the certification will be handed to the client in person or sent through registered mail If the certified client formally requests cancellation or suspension VI will ask for the following: •To send his request in writing •Return all issued Certificates. Remove any Reference to the Logo's and/or Accreditation Marks from any Documentation/Flags/Vehicles etc.
If VI takes decision by suspension the GM ask the client to: •Stop using the certificate •Stop using the logo and the mark
VI informs the client that details of such suspension will be forwarded to the Accreditation Body to cancel the certificate from the website.
VI give the client limited time for the suspension ( not more than 6 month) If the client was able to prove that the non-conformance is managed within the established term then VI will recertify him. If the client was not able to prove that the non-conformance is managed within the established term, withdrawal of the certification procedure will commence.
Either VI withdraw the certificate and in this case VI ask the client to : •Return back the certificate and the copy •Return back the plastic panels •Remove his name from the website Or VI reduce the client’s scope of the certification to exclude the parts not meeting the requirements.
Inform the client that if he still uses the certificate or the mark after withdraw, he will face a legal sequence. Terms and Condition APP/07
Withdrawal of Certificate
•The reason for Certificate suspending was not eliminated within appointed time 60 days •Determination that Auditee used Certificate or referred to it during the Certificate suspending time •Assets of customer is in bankrupt or the bankruptcy proceeding was rejected or stopped because of lack of assets or a petition for bankruptcy was not filed propter the assets is insufficient for the payment of preliminary administrator expenses •Failure to resolve the issues that have resulted in the suspension within six months •The certified client has voluntarily requested for withdrawal.
